Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This applies to all items, with the exception of: Hygienic products or foodstuffs whose seal has been broken Items that have been specially made to measure or according to your specifications To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to inform us within 14 days via e-mail or our contact form. You may use the European model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory. Return conditions Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, undamaged and unused. B2B orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Free returns Returns are completely free of charge. After your notification, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return the package free of charge via bpost. We may postpone the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof of return shipment.
