Which countries do we ship to?

Winkall.be currently ships packages to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France and Luxembourg.

Shipping costs per country

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the country of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time for Belgium and the Netherlands is 2 to 4 business days. For international shipments to Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Austria, delivery may take slightly longer.

Return policy

At Winkall.be, we do everything we can to provide you with a smooth and carefree shopping experience. Are you not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem — returns are free of charge.

Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This applies to all items, with the exception of:

• Hygienic products or foodstuffs whose seal has been broken
• Items made specifically to measure or according to your specifications

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to inform us within 14 days via email or our contact form. You may use the European model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Undamaged and unused
• B2B orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal

Free returns

Returns are completely free of charge. After your notification, you will receive a return label from us, which you can use to return the package free of charge via DPD.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the full purchase amount — including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery — within 14 days, using the same payment method as your order. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of return.
