To which countries do we ship?

Winkall.be currently ships packages to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, and Luxembourg.

Shipping costs per country

For orders below these amounts, the shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the country of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time for Belgium and the Netherlands is 2 to 4 business days. For international shipments to Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Austria, delivery may take slightly longer.

Return policy

At Winkall.be, we do everything we can to offer you a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem — returns are free with us.

Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt, without stating a reason. This applies to all items, with the exception of:

• Hygienic products or food items whose seal has been broken
• Items made to order or according to your specifications

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to inform us within 14 days via email or our contact form. You may use the European model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Undamaged and unused
• B2B orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal

Free returns

Returns are completely free of charge. After you have made your report, we will send you a return label with which you can return the package free of charge via DPD.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase price — including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery — within 14 days, using the same payment method as your order. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of return shipment.
